Quotations
All prices on Forest's quotations are for immediate acceptance and are subject to change without notice.
Order Cancellations
With standard products, there will be a 25% charge for any order cancelled after 10 days.
Return and Exchange
We offer returns on most items within 14 days of purchase in appropriate circumstances.​
Requirements for a full refund for all returns and exchanges:

The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items must be in new condition, unused, and in a condition enabling us to sell the product at new.
Items must be in its original & unopened packaging, with any labels still attached.
Items must include all manuals and accessories.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all equipment and appliance returns.
Return and Exchange Exceptions
The following items are nonreturnable:

Non-defective special orders; custom made items; Parts; Labor and delivery services; Item that has signs of use; Items that are damages or abused; Items that are missing accessories.
Refund Policy
All retail refunds will be issued in their original form of payment, except for which will be refunded in the form of credit to the customer account.
Equipment Delivery
We will unload all of our deliveries from our trucks and will typically bring the merchandise into customers establishment assuming there are no obstructions (stairs, cramped spaces, over counters, etc.)
If customer requires an inside delivery, prior notice must be given. Forest will then evaluate our capabilities to do so and will give customer an estimate of the delivery cost.

Additional fuel sur-charge of up to $200 for equipment delivery may apply.
Equipment Warranty
All equipment and furniture sold by Forest are supported by the manufacturer's warranty and service agreements.
